FAQ
Process, costs, strategy; the questions every client asks before working with us, answered straight and without sales gloss.
Everything a brand needs to launch and grow, under one roof: branding and identity, web design and development, digital advertising, SEO and GEO, UI/UX, social media, content production and marketing strategy. Most clients combine two or three.
Both. We take early-stage brands from zero to launch and help established companies rebrand, rebuild and scale. The only requirement is ambition and a decision-maker at the table.
One piece is fine. Plenty of clients start with an identity or a website and add more later. We will tell you upfront if the piece you have asked for will underperform without something else in place, but the decision stays yours.
The people you meet. ALIF is a compact senior team in Dubai, with strategy, design, development, content and media in one room. Nothing is handed off to a junior pool you never speak to.
With a working session, not a pitch. We go through your commercial goals, your market and what has already been tried, then come back with a scope, a timeline and a fixed price. Work starts once that is signed.
Roughly two to four hours a week: one kickoff workshop, a standing weekly review, and decisions in between. We will not stall a project waiting on feedback we could have asked for earlier.
Brand identity runs 3–5 weeks, websites 4–8 weeks depending on scope, and growth work is structured in monthly sprints. Every proposal carries a committed timeline before we start.
Usually within two weeks. We keep a small number of projects live at once so senior time is real rather than theoretical, which means you get an honest start date instead of an optimistic one.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted upfront; growth work runs on transparent monthly retainers. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices — and ad spend always sits in your own accounts.
Identity projects typically start in the mid five figures AED. Websites scale with page count and build complexity. Retainers are monthly and sized to the channel mix. You will get a real range on the first call, not after three meetings.
Yes, for advertising, SEO and GEO, social and content production, which are the things that compound. Retainers run monthly with a fixed reporting rhythm attached. One-off builds stay project-based.
Against the numbers we agreed at the start: qualified enquiries, cost per lead, search visibility, conversion rate, and revenue wherever we can see it. You get a weekly report. Where a number is bad we say so, and say what we are changing.
GEO is generative engine optimisation: making sure your brand is the answer when someone asks an AI assistant instead of a search engine. If your buyers research before they call, then yes. It is already moving where enquiries come from.
Then we keep it. We will audit what is working, tighten what is not, and build the site, content and media on top of it. Redesigning a brand that is already doing its job is a way to spend money, not make it.
Question not on the list? Send it over. We answer within one working day, and the useful ones end up on this page.
